Sharon O'Flanningan has been an executive sales associate with Coldwell Banker Realty since she entered the profession of residential real estate in July of 1991. Carmel Rubel Carver has been a member of the group since she was licensed to practice real estate in 2004 in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. Our special area of expertise is knowledge of properties located in the Valley including the cities of Stillwater, Afton, Marine on St. Croix, Lake Elmo, Scandia, Hudson, New Richmond, St. Croix River extending from Taylor Falls/St. Croix Falls to Hastings/Prescott where the St. Croix joins the mighty Mississippi.  During the past few years we have expanded our market area to include retreat and vacation properties in northwestern Wisconsin continuing south along the Mississippi corridor, the Brainerd Lakes Region and the breathtaking Northshore of Minnesota.
